Kathy A. Souza  ·  Co-Director, The Women's Center for SoulCARE

You belong here.

We're building something — a movement called the Women's Center for SoulCARE. A place for women to awaken to the life of their soul, deepen their relationship with God, and live whole, from the inside out.

Janie Seltzer holds the vision. I build the structure that lets it stand. Neither of us does it alone — and none of it is really about us. It's about the place your soul has been looking for.

The Movement

The Women's Center for SoulCARE

The Women's Center for SoulCARE helps women awaken to the life of their soul, deepen their relationship with God, and live whole — from the inside out.

This is the heart of everything we're building. Not a program, and not a personality — a movement, for the women who've been waiting for a place like it. Janie founded it. As Co-Director, I build the structure that lets it hold: the rhythms, the systems, the steady architecture beneath the vision — so it can carry weight without any woman losing herself in the building of it.

I believe structure can serve the soul, not suffocate it. That's the work: a place with room to breathe, and something solid underneath.

My Story

Strength in the quiet

"In a world that often celebrates the loudest voice, I find my strength in the quiet."

For more than twenty years, I've walked with people through meaningful decisions, major life transitions, and the seasons that ask for both wisdom and trust. I'm built for unhurried conversations and one-on-one connection — for seeing the person, not the crowd.

I know what it is to navigate rooms full of big personalities. So I built this space specifically for us. If you're looking for someone who truly sees and hears you — you are exactly where you belong.

If a move is part of your story right now, you shouldn't have to navigate it in the dark. These are my free guides — clear, unhurried, no pressure — for buying, selling, and settling in California and New England.
